Charge and court fields in the jail roster are not the full criminal case file. For case events after charging, the court record is maintained by the Circuit Court Clerk and the General Sessions clerk function.

Access to the Criminal Justice Center is from Highway 64 east of Teague Store Road. The published jail material also notes that there are no ATMs at the complex, so exact cash matters for some jail transactions.
Fayette County Booking Process
Booking follows a local custody path: arrest by FCSO, a municipal police department, or the Tennessee Highway Patrol; transport to the detention center; identity check; charge entry; booking photo; property inventory; and initial housing. The person may start in Booking and then move to a block such as A through G, Medical, or Segregation after classification. The research notes that booking can take one hour or up to 48 hours.
Misdemeanor-citation self-surrender has a specific Fayette County rule. The person must call Booking before reporting and bring the mandatory $10 cash exact-change booking fee.
